Our Team
GET TO KNOW

Roger Maib, President
My wife and I have long been guided by a deep respect for America’s founding principles and the generations who sacrificed to defend them. With parents who served in wartime, we were taught that freedom is never free, and that each of us has a duty to preserve the nation entrusted to us.
I founded a firm that I have operated for decades, dedicated to advocating for policyholders facing major property losses. That work standing up to powerful institutions on behalf of ordinary Americans has sharpened my sense of duty, resilience, and justice. These same values now shape my efforts to support sheriffs who serve as the guardians of law, order, and constitutional liberty across our communities.
Beyond my professional life, I remain deeply committed to faith, family, and the traditions of the American West. From my years of competition in the United States Team Roping Championships (USTRC) to drumming on our worship team, my involvement has always been rooted in hard work, community, and the Western spirit of independence.
For a little time off, I head to the desert rocks. The goal is to have fun in my “crawler” but keep the shiny side up and the greasy side down.
I believe the work of America’s sheriffs is essential to the nations's future and I am committed to standing with them in their mission to protect our freedoms for generations to come.

Sheriff Cody Bowen - Board Member

Sheriff Bowen was appointed to the School Resource Deputy position only a few years later, where he stayed for six years.
Sheriff Bowen was elected and sworn in as Sheriff of Union County on January 4th, 2021. Over the last decade, Sheriff Bowen has learned the importance of our constitutional rights and how easily some are willing to toss them aside. He believes that as sheriff, he has the privilege and tremendous responsibility to the citizens of his county to stand up and support the everyday battle to defend our constitution and our God-given rights as citizens of our beloved country.
