Randy Miller, Phoenix Arizona. Founder and Director
 

Randy is a retired Senior Deputy Probation Officer from Santa Barbara County, California. His experience includes being a gang officer, conducting court investigations, and supervising an intensive supervision caseload for both juvenile and adults. He has been a court hearing officer and supervised a sex offender caseload. As a private contractor he taught other agencies in arrest and control, unarmed defense, and use of force law. This experience gave Randy an understanding of what the function government is supposed to be, but witnessing the contrast of how government operates. Randy continues to discuss and teach our constitutions and the proper role of government with legislators, and Sheriffs in Arizona and around the country, He has been a candidate for the State House of Representatives and State Senate for Arizona.

Roger Maib, Co-Founder, National Support Group Liaison & Director

 

Roger is the co-founder of Your American Sheriffs. Roger and his wife's firm, developed decades ago, have long advocated for policyholders on major property losses. Approximately four years ago, Roger started advocating for our liberties and preserving our great republic. His primary role with Your American Sheriffs is to be a liaison between the "support groups" and the organization.  For decades, Roger has been a member of the United States Team Roping Championships.

Brian Burnett, Board Member

 

Brian retired after three terms as Sheriff out of Washington State with a 25-plus-year career in Law Enforcement. He is a current Administrative Liaison for the Washington State Sheriffs Association, past President of the Washington State Sheriffs Association, and President of the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs. Brian also served as a Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commissioner. He and his wife, April, have been married for 37 years, and they have seven children and a growing number of grandchildren.  Brian knows the importance of protecting the rights and powers of the elected sheriffs while exercising local control for counties and municipalities through the U.S. and state constitutions.

Sheriff Cody Bowen, Board Member

 

Cody began his law enforcement career as a reserve patrol deputy in 2010 for the Union County Sheriff’s Office. After two years as a reserve, he was hired full-time as a Patrol Deputy. Sheriff Bowen was appointed to the School Resource Deputy position only a few years later, where he stayed for six years.


Sheriff Bowen was elected and sworn in as Sheriff of Union County on January 4th, 2021. Over the last decade, Sheriff Bowen has learned the importance of our constitutional rights and how easily some are willing to toss them aside. He believes that as sheriff, he has the privilege and tremendous responsibility to the citizens of his county to stand up and support the everyday battle to defend our constitution and our God-given rights as citizens of our beloved country.

John Snaza, Board Member

 

John is a U.S. Navy Veteran who worked in South America and Desert Storm. In 1992, John started his law enforcement career with Thurston County Sheriff's Office, serving many specialty assignments, including SWAT Commander, Incident Commander, and Methamphetamine Laboratory Response Commander. He was elected Sheriff in November 2010 and attended the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development and the FBI National Academy. He is past President of the Washington State Sheriffs Association 2019 - 2021 and President of the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs Association 2020. John is married to Amber, and they have four children and three grandchildren.
